Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across multi-cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Oversee and streamline IAM strategies to ensure robust security and compliance with industry standards.
Conduct Data Discovery and Classification to identify, categorize, and protect critical data assets.
Investigate, manage, and resolve incidents related to data leakage (DLP).
Actively monitor access to information systems and data to detect and prevent unauthorized activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement secure data governance frameworks.
Apply data encryption and masking techniques to protect sensitive data at rest, in transit, and in use.
Core Qualifications & Experience:
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience with IAM, especially within cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Solid understanding of Data Discovery and Classification processes.
Experience in setting up and managing role-based access control (RBAC), including defining roles, permissions, and access levels.
Experience with various authentication methods (e.g., SSO, MFA) and familiarity with protocols such as OAuth, SAML, etc.
Fundamental understanding of database principles.
Familiarity with major security frameworks and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Proficiency in English, with the ability to understand complex technical documentation and research data security topics.
The following will be considered a strong plus:
Experience using DLP tools to monitor sensitive data across endpoints, cloud environments, and network traffic.
Experience protecting sensitive data in cloud storage and applications (e.g., Office 365, Google Workspace), including the integration of cloud-native DLP tools.
