Are you passionate about safeguarding digital assets and ensuring the integrity of data? Our Information Security Department is looking for a talented and motivated Access Management & Data Security Analyst to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across multi-cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

  • Oversee and streamline IAM strategies to ensure robust security and compliance with industry standards.

  • Conduct Data Discovery and Classification to identify, categorize, and protect critical data assets.

  • Investigate, manage, and resolve incidents related to data leakage (DLP).

  • Actively monitor access to information systems and data to detect and prevent unauthorized activities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement secure data governance frameworks.

  • Apply data encryption and masking techniques to protect sensitive data at rest, in transit, and in use.

Core Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven experience with IAM, especially within cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

  • Solid understanding of Data Discovery and Classification processes.

  • Experience in setting up and managing role-based access control (RBAC), including defining roles, permissions, and access levels.

  • Experience with various authentication methods (e.g., SSO, MFA) and familiarity with protocols such as OAuth, SAML, etc.

  • Fundamental understanding of database principles.

  • Familiarity with major security frameworks and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to understand complex technical documentation and research data security topics.

The following will be considered a strong plus:

  • Experience using DLP tools to monitor sensitive data across endpoints, cloud environments, and network traffic.

  • Experience protecting sensitive data in cloud storage and applications (e.g., Office 365, Google Workspace), including the integration of cloud-native DLP tools.
